Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia, on every order. Estimated delivery is 10–14 days from the day you order.

Delivery estimate

Allow an estimated 10–14 days from placing your order. That covers production (about 5 days) and transit (5–7 days) together. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production, carrier delays, public holidays and remote destinations can all affect it. If your order has not arrived 14 days after you placed it, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Shipping rates

• Standard, Australia — free
• Express, Australia — $15 AUD
• International — $20 AUD flat

All prices are in Australian dollars and shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship worldwide at a flat $20 AUD. International delivery times vary by destination and are not covered by the 10–14 day estimate above.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. We cannot predict these or refund them. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, we cannot refund the order.

Tracking & support

Tracking details will be emailed when available. If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you need help with delivery, email info@coldstartcollective.com.au with your order number.

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible once your order is being prepared.
